Activity description

At his 3rd generation and with more than 70 years of experience, the company has developed during the time the most modern technology for the production of springs and wire bending.

Its structure, with 43 to 45 employees and 4000 square meters, enable them to satisfy the need of the customers in terms of small, medium and large batches.

Mollificio Italiano produces springs according to customer’s drawings. Their products are especially used in the automotive sector but, they approach also other fields such as railway, valves, hydraulic, electrical.

In addition, they can provide technical assistance during the design phase.

Their product range consist in wire springs and wire bending such as: compression springs, extension springs, torsion springs, retaining rings and small metallic parts made by wire bending. Their springs are strictly controlled during each working phase and they can provide certification for every kind of spring.

They are certified ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 for the automotive sector.

They mainly operates in the automotive and smart manufacturing fields.
