Ultraspazio is a proptech company that develops innovative services for the management of real estate assets through the development of software and related user experiences.
Since 2018, Ultraspazio, through its online portal Ultrapp, has been connecting people looking for a desk, an office, a meeting room for both short and long periods with companies that have extra space to rent.
The model was initially tested in Piedmont and in 2024 counted 20 coworking spaces of which 17 in Turin, 1 in Milan and 2 in London.
With the MountAIn Desk - MAID digital system, the portal's offer expands in Valle d'Aosta and throughout the Alps with a focus on comfort and environmental sustainability as well as on the impacts (scientific, environmental, social, economic and technological) generated by the use of flexplaces by tourists and nomadic workers.
